We aim to provide a smooth experience and fair resolutions. This policy explains when you can return items and how refunds or replacements are handled.

1) Return & Refund Request Window

You must contact us within 15 days of delivery (based on the delivery status shown by tracking) to request:

  • a return (change of mind), or

  • a replacement/refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Requests submitted after 15 days may not be eligible.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damageddefective, or you received the wrong item/variant, we will offer either:

  • free replacement, or

  • full refund
    based on your preference, after verification.

What we require

Email [email protected] with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos showing the issue

  • a photo of the shipping label

Return requirement and costs

  • Return is not required for damaged/defective/wrong items.

  • Replacement shipping (if chosen) is covered by us.

3) Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind only if the item is:

  • unused and unworn

  • in original packaging

  • in resellable condition

  • with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Return process

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. You must ship the return within 7 days of receiving the return address.

Important: Do not send returns to the address shown on the original shipping label unless we confirm it in writing.

Return shipping cost

  • For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We offer free shipping on orders, so there are no original shipping fees to refund or deduct.

4) Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Returns/refunds are not accepted for:

  • items that are worn, used, washed, or have odors/stains

  • items returned without original packaging

  • items returned damaged due to customer handling

  • returns requested after 15 days from delivery

  • returns shipped after 7 days from return approval/address being provided

  • hygiene reasons: items such as beanies/hats are not returnable if worn

Important:
If a change-of-mind return arrives broken/damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

5) Refunds

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refund timing

  • After we receive and inspect an approved return (change of mind), we process refunds within 48–72 hours.

  • Funds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after that timeframe, please check with your bank/card provider first, then contact us at [email protected].

6) Lost Packages & Delivery Disputes

Lost in transit

If your package appears lost in transit (no meaningful tracking movement for an extended period), contact us. We will offer:

  • replacement shipment, or

  • full refund, based on your preference.

Marked “Delivered” but not received

If tracking shows Delivered, the order is considered delivered from our side. In this case:

  • please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first, and

  • if still missing, we recommend filing a stolen property claim with local authorities.

7) Wrong Address Entered by Customer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, refunds or reshipments are not guaranteed. However, exceptions may be considered depending on the circumstances.
