We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, estimated delivery timeframes, tracking details, and important shipping requirements.
1) Processing Time
After you place an order, we hold it for up to 24 hours to allow cancellation or changes (as described in our Order Cancellation Policy).
Once the order is confirmed, it is prepared for fulfillment.
Orders typically ship out within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
2) Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Tracking is usually provided within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to begin showing movement after the tracking number is issued. This is normal and depends on carrier scanning and handoffs.
3) Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and start after the order ships.
United States / Canada / United Kingdom / Australia / Europe: 10–14 business days
All other countries: 16–25 business days
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, local carrier delays, weather events, or peak-season volume.
4) Product Availability & Production Delays
In rare cases (such as high demand or temporary product unavailability), production may take an additional 7–10 business days before the order ships.
If this happens, we will do our best to notify you.
5) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout (including apartment/unit numbers where applicable).
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays may occur.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.
6) Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Requirements
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling fees, or documentation requirements depending on your country.
These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in our product prices.
In some countries, the carrier or customs authority may request additional information (such as a phone number, ID number, or VAT/tax number) to clear the package. If requested, the recipient is responsible for providing this information to avoid delays.
7) Delivery Estimates & Rural Areas
Delivery times are estimates and do not include unexpected courier delays. For rural or remote locations, please allow an additional 1–3 business days beyond the estimated timeframe.
