Order Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, we will cancel the order (if eligible) and issue a refund to the original payment method.
A $10 USD Order Cancellation / Transaction Fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
What to send in your email
To request cancellation, email us with:
Order number
Full name
“Cancel my order” in the message
2) When Production Starts
We wait up to 24 hours to allow time for cancellations or changes. After that, the order is submitted to production.
Production is considered started once a tracking number is issued for your order.
The tracking number may take 48–72 hours to show updates.
We may share the tracking number with you before tracking updates appear.
3) Cancellations After Production
Once production has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If the order has not yet shipped from the warehouse, we may be able to stop it, but we cannot promise this.
Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
4) Order Changes
You may request changes within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as production has not started.
We can usually help with:
Shipping address changes
Size / color / variant changes
In some cases, changing to a different product of the same value
We cannot accept:
Design changes
Personalization/custom design requests
After production starts or after shipment, no changes can be made.
What to include in your email
To request a change, email us with:
Order number
Full name
The exact change you need (new address/size/color/product)
5) Wrong Address Entered by Customer
Please double-check your details at checkout. If you entered the wrong address but contact us within 24 hours, we will update it for free if production has not started.
After shipment, address changes are not possible.
6) Refund Timing for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved:
We process the refund within 48–72 hours
Funds typically appear within up to 7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7) If We Made a Mistake
If we ship the wrong size/variant/item due to our error, we will offer:
a free replacement, or
a full refund
based on your preference
